Job description
Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Primary Care Physician to care for client employees and their dependents of all ages at our Health Center in Milwaukee, WI. The schedule includes four 9-hour days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, with a remote admin day on Thursdays.
You will conduct histories and physical exams, prescribe treatments, and develop care plans in collaboration with patients. Licenses, board certification, and ongoing professional development are required.
