Job Summary
The Physician provides direct clinical treatment services to patients, ensuring that patients receive the treatment necessary to treat their medical complaint. The Physician works constructively and collaboratively with other health professionals and focuses on attaining high standards of healthcare within their specialty.
Duties may include patient care, instructing, monitoring, and advising other health care professionals, as appropriate.

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join an Outpatient, Primary Care practice in Jackson, MO.
Practice Details
Join a multi‑specialty, outpatient clinic:
2 Family Medicine Physicians
3 Primary Care APPs and 5 Urgent Care APPs
2 LCSWs
Outpatient Clinic also has a Pharmacy, Imaging Center, and Laboratory
Opportunity to build a practice from the ground up within the current Primary Care clinic.
Ideal candidate would see an average of 16-20 patients a day
EMR: Epic
After‑hours call is phone call only (currently 1:6 rotation)
Current physicians and 1 APP participate in nursing home rounding once a week and take nursing home call (phone only)
Work environment/day‑to‑day work: Work schedule: M‑F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm outpatient clinic; Urgent Care hours M‑F 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Sat‑Sun 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
