\ NAbout the role
LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice in Westminster, Maryland . This hospital-employed role offers full-time outpatient care, no weekend clinic hours, and a minimal telephone-only call rotation, with an established and diverse patient panel, experienced physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, ambient listening technology, and mentorship for physicians early in their careers.

\ N Responsibilities / About this role
\ N Own a panel ofprimary care patients by providing outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine care across a diverse patient population and building long-term patient relationships.
\ N Keep care moving efficiently by working with experienced physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and dedicated clinical and administrative staff throughout the outpatient care process.
\ N Extend your clinicalcapacity with available technology by using ambient listening technology to reduce documentation time and support more focused patient interactions.
\ N Drive continuity of care through an established outpatient practice model that allows you to focus on primary care rather than inpatient responsibilities.
\ N Build your practice with support through collaboration with experienced clinicians and access to onboarding and mentorship, particularly for physicians transitioning from residency to independent practice.
\ N Qualifications
\ N Maryland medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration, and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certification , or eligibility to obtain.
\ N Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
\ N Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
\ N Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
\ N Graduating residentsare welcome to apply.
