Job DescriptionPhysician – Primary Care (Geriatrics)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours | Minimal on-call
Compensation: $250,000 base
We’re seeking a compassionate, dedicated Physician (U.S. citizens only) to provide high-quality primary care in long-term care settings. This is more than a role—it’s a meaningful career improving the lives of older adults.

Deliver comprehensive primary care, including admissions, assessments, and ongoing treatment
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your input
Build lasting relationships with patients, families, and care teams
