nCenterWell Senior Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana, provides senior-focused, value-based care through more than 340 centers across 15 states. We're looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient clinic in Greer, South Carolina. This is a full-time, onsite, patient-facing role reporting to the Associate Medical Director.
nAt CenterWell, you will have the time and support to build meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality care in a value-based environment.
nWhat You'll Do
n• You will provide comprehensive primary care services to a panel of adult and senior patients.
n• You will care for patients with chronic and complex medical conditions.
n• You will typically see 12-15 patients per day, allowing for longer visits and stronger patient relationships.
n• You will manage longitudinal care plans focused on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
n• You will complete accurate, same-day documentation to support quality outcomes and patient care.
n• You will manage a daily clinical inbox, including lab review, patient messages, prescriptions, and follow-up care.
n• You will coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, community resources, and members of the care team.
n• You will apply Medicare risk adjustment and annual condition documentation practices to support comprehensive patient care.

nRequired Qualifications
n• MD or DO from an accredited medical school, or graduate of an international medical school with a current ECFMG certification and completion of an accredited U.S. residency program
n• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
n• Active, unrestricted medical license in South Carolina or ability to obtain licensure
n• Active, unrestricted DEA registration or ability to obtain before start date
nQualifications That Will Help You Thrive
n• 2+ years of experience caring for senior populations within Medicare Advantage or value-based care settings
n• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)

nThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
n$255,000 - $298,500 per year
nThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
