Job Details:
Join a brand-new primary care practice in Groton, CT with the opportunity to help establish and grow a new site from the ground up
Deliver high-quality, relationship-based care to adult patients (18+) in a modern and collaborative outpatient practice environment
100% office-based, outpatient primary care setting
Full-time, weekdays only schedule with the option to ask about a 4-day work week or part-time and hybrid options
Minimal call responsibilities averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician required
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
