A healthcare organization in New Hampshire is actively seeking a licensed Physician to join their growing Primary Care team in Hanover, focusing on serving adults and providing comprehensive care.
About the Opportunity:
* Schedule: 4 shifts per week
* Hours: 32 hours of patient care per week
* Setting: Outpatient
* Patient Population: Adults
Responsibilities:
* Managing a patient panel with a range of patient needs
* Conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
* Treating patients in-office and via telehealth
* Collaborating with clinical teams
* Supervising NP or PA colleagues
* Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
* Enrolled in or completed an Internal or Family Medicine residency
* Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
* Board Certified or Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
* License to practice medicine in the State of New Hampshire
* High proficiency in evidence-based primary care
* Effective technology use in healthcare delivery
* Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
* Completed Residency in the relevant field
* Board certification
* Experience in Primary Care setting
