Job Description\ N A healthcare organization in New Hampshire is actively seeking a licensed Physician to join their growing Primary Care team in Hanover, focusing on serving adults and providing comprehensive care.
\ N About the Opportunity:
\ N Schedule: 4 shifts per week
\ N Hours: 32 hours of patient care per week
\ N Setting: Outpatient
\ N Patient Population: Adults
\ N Responsibilities:
\ N Managing a patient panel with a range of patient needs
\ N Conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
\ N Treating patients in-office and via telehealth
\ N Collaborating with clinical teams
\ N Supervising NP or PA colleagues
\ N Performing other duties, as needed
\ N Qualifications:
\ N Enrolled in or completed an Internal or Family Medicine residency
\ N Practiced at least 2 ofthe last 5 years in outpatient primary care
\ N Board Certified or Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
\ N License to practice medicine in the State of New Hampshire
\ N High proficiency in evidence-based primary care
\ N Effective technology use in healthcare delivery
\ N Strong communication skills
\ N Desired Qualifications:
\ N Completed Residency in the relevant field
\ N Board certification
\ N Experience in Primary Care setting
