Job description
Cowlitz Family Health Center is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our interdisciplinary care team and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in Washington state. You will manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive care, and coordinate with specialists to support whole-person health.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a full-time position that emphasizes collaborative, community-focused care
