Job description
Community Care Physicians (CCP) Saratoga Springs is seeking an adult primary care physician to join Saratoga Medical Associates, with access to a full patient panel from day one.
You will provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day acute visits, supported by a skilled nursing and medical staff in a physician-led network that values autonomy and balance. The compensation is $275,000 with fully paid health insurance and comprehensive benefits.
