Job DescriptionTotal Compensation Range: $180k-$280k
Are you an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician looking for an opportunity where your voice matters and your practice can truly thrive?
We're partnering with a respected physician-led healthcare organization in Northern New Jersey that is investing in the growth of its primary care services. This opportunity offers physicians the unique chance to build and develop a thriving outpatient practice with the support of an established multispecialty network, strong referral relationships, and experienced administrative teams.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute illnesses.
Develop long-term relationships with your patient panel while delivering personalized, evidence-based care.
Coordinate care with an extensive network of medical specialists to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Utilize advanced clinical technology and AI-supported documentation tools to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
Participate in practice growth initiatives while helping expand access to primary care within the community.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
Schedule
Full-time.
Four hours of dedicated administrative time each week.
Flexible scheduling with the option of a traditional five-day work week or four 10-hour days.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
