Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Jacksonville, FL

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical program
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
