nThe Physician serves as a health-care professional who can handle a variety of health-related problems. The Physician work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
nThis role will require you to work onsite at our Jourdanton, Texas clinic. You will report to our Associate Medical Director.

n nMain Responsibilities
nnnYou will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
n
nnYou will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
n
nnYou will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
n
nnYou will coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
n
nnYou will participate in clinical quality improvement projects.
n
nnYou will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
n
nnYou will contribute to projects and innovations in care delivery.
n
n nRequired Qualifications
nnnMD or DO from an accredited medical school.
n
nnActive, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
n
nnBoard Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
n
nnIf selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB
n
n nPreferred Qualifications
nn2 years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.

nThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
n$255,000 - $298,500 per year
nThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
