nAbout the Role
nWe're seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of providers, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and medical assistants to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
nKey Responsibilities
nProvide preventive, acute, and chronic care management for patients of all ages.
nDeliver same-day and urgent care services as needed.
nCollaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
nMaintain accurate documentation and review labs, diagnostics, and consults.
nSupport quality improvement and community health initiatives.
nQualifications
nActive Pennsylvania medical license required.
nDEA license and current BLS/CPR certification required.
nBoard Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
nCommunity health experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
