nCenterWell Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Poinciana, FL.
nAs a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the Associate Medical Director. You will be on-site at the Poinciana clinic.
nA day in the life of a CenterWell physician
nnnMonday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
n
nnSee an average of 15 patients per day
n
nnLonger authorized appointments (45 minutes)
n
nnYou will be on-site
n
n nRequired Qualifications
nnnDoctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
n
nnBoard certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
n
nnValid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida, or able to obtain one.
n
nnCurrent, unrestricted DEA license
n
nnScreened for TB
n
nnMinimum of two years of experience
n
nnOne or more years of experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients
n
nnAssociate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government. #LI-FM1

nThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
n$255,000 - $298,500 per year
nThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
