What Physician Independence Actually Means
You are not employed by a hospital system or insurance company — your clinical decisions stay yours.
No conflicting institutional incentives. No administrative pressure to order more or admit more. Just you and your patients.
Community medicine done right: Lake Placid's Medicare Advantage population means you can focus on chronic disease management and real prevention.
Monday through Friday schedule — predictable hours that let you have a life outside medicine.
What We Handle So You Don’t Have To
Our platform, Millennium CARES Connect, removes the administrative burden so you can practice at the top of your license:
Administrative Support
Payer contracting, quality and coding, HCC risk adjustment, credentialing, billing, and population health management — all handled.
Clinical Support Team
24/7 nurse triage line, case managers, hospitalists, transitional care coordinators, social workers, discharge planners, palliative care specialists, clinical pharmacists, and home health.
Technology
AthenaOne EMR with AI integration — purpose-built to reduce documentation time, not add to it.
Virtual Care Clinic and Telehealth services built into your care model.
Compensation & Benefits
Productivity-based compensation — you benefit directly from the care you deliver
Shared-savings bonus: earn from the ACO value you help create
Equity potential as the group grows
