Primary Care Physician - Lakeland, FL
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Patient Population:
Adults only
Predominantly Medicare patients
Average patient volume: 17-20 patients per day

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing primary care clinic serving an adult patient population. This role offers an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality medicine in a collegial setting with manageable patient volume and minimal call responsibility.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Deliver patient-centered, high-quality clinical care
Qualifications: Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Active Florida Medical License (required)
Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Call: Full-time, weekday schedule
Very light call: 1:9 rotation
No excessive after-hours burden
