Position: Primary Care Physician
Location: Las Vegas, NV
**This position is on-site in Las Vegas, NV, 89102. A relocation bonus would be given to candidates that are willing to relocate to Las Vegas.

Position Summary:
Responsible for performing professional primary care physician services. Establishes and maintains relationships with patients; participates in a call schedule; provides outstanding customer service

Job Requirement
Education/Experience:
Graduation from an accredited school of medicine in the area of family medicine/primary care, pediatrics or internal medicine.
Licensing/Certification Requirements:
Valid License by State of Nevada to practice medicine. State of Nevada Pharmacy Board License to Prescribe Medications and DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accepted by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Additional Position Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible as an American Board of Family Medicine Physician.
