Job description
The Cincinnati VA Medical Center is seeking a Primary Care Physician to lead a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) delivering direct care to Veterans at the main campus and associated clinics. The physician will oversee a patient panel and collaborate with specialists as needed.
Responsibilities include clinical exams, documentation, care coordination, and maintaining VA performance standards while upholding excellent patient service and teamwork. Schedule is typically Monday–Friday.
