Job description
Overview
Become part of our caring community. The Physician Lead serves as a health-care professional capable of handling a variety of health-related problems, focusing on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
Responsibilities
Manage a variety of health-related problems, ranging from moderate to substantial in scope and complexity.
Maintain medical histories and records; refer patients to specialists as needed.
Provide disease prevention and health maintenance care to patients.
Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks.
Advise executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance.
Participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
8 or more years of technical experience.
2 or more years of project leadership experience.
Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
Preferred Internal Medicine specialty.
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
Patient-facing experience as part of a TB screening program; TB screening required.
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Schedule
40 hours per week (full time).
Pay Range
$292,000 - $341,500 per year (base pay). Eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
