Job description
Primary Care Physician
Primary Care Physician - Needed for an ongoing outpatient assignment in Arizona. The clinician will be required to hold an active Arizona State license & DEA.

Job Type
Full Time
Schedule: 4-10-hour shifts or 5-8-hour shifts per week
3-month assignment
Compensation: $150/hr. plus malpractice coverage insurance
Location: Kingman, Arizona
Start Date: ASAP pending credentialing (within 1 week of submitting documents)
