Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary care encompassing all age groups, from children to seniors.
Treat chronic diseases, promote preventive health practices, and manage acute medical issues with a patient-centric philosophy.
Perform physical assessments, interpret lab results, and create individualized treatment plans.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including care coordinators and specialists, to ensure complete, holistic care.
Engage in initiatives that enhance the quality of care and improve patient outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date patient records using electronic medical systems (EMR).
Provide both in-person and telemedicine services to cater to patient preferences.
Education Requirements
MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.
Completion of a Family Medicine residency accredited program.
Certifications
Board certification in Family Medicine.
Eligibility for (or possession of) an active California medical license.
Preferred certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Skills and Experience
