Primary Care Physician (MD/DO, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) - Delray Beach, FL
Full-time | Total compensation starting at $230,000-$300,000+ | Three bonus programs worth up to 40% of base salary | Employed, partnership-track, or practice tuck-in
Personal Physician Care is a family-owned and operated, independent multi-specialty practice serving South Florida since 1985 - founded by Dr. David Neuman and still led by the Neuman family today. We are not a hospital chain, and we are not private equity. We are a group of 12+ physicians across three locations - Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Hallandale Beach - spanning internal medicine, endocrinology, and pulmonology, with over 1,100 Google reviews. We are adding a family medicine or internal medicine physician at our Delray Beach office.

Total compensation starts at $230,000-$300,000+, with performance upside beyond $300,000
What we're looking for:
Board-certified MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, active Florida license
Passion for continuity of care and preventive medicine
Friendly, empathetic communicator and team player
Eager to practice in a non-corporate, patient-centered setting
eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience a plus (not required)
Bonus: experience in managed care, acute care, or discharge planning
