Job DescriptionPosition Overview We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, multi-site outpatient medical group serving communities across Brooklyn and greater NYC. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, team-based environment that integrates primary care with a wide range of specialties.
This role is ideal for physicians who thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting , enjoy building long-term patient relationships, and are open to a dynamic care model that may include telehealth and home visits.
Practice Environment Multi-site outpatient network across Brooklyn
Locations may include: Clinton Hill, Williamsburg, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, East Flatbush
Team-based model with MDs, NPs, PAs, and specialists
Integrated services including diagnostics, imaging, and specialty care
Centralized administrative and clinical support
Patient Population Diverse NYC patient base
Adults and geriatric patients (some pediatrics depending on site)
Mix of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
Emphasis on preventive care and long-term patient management
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $210,000 – $250,000
Productivity bonus potential (RVU/collections-based)
Full benefits package (health, malpractice, PTO)
Earning potential up to ~$300K+ with productivity
