BE/BC Outpatient Primary Care Physician Needed- Western, N
Caldwell UNC Health is the choice for health care in Caldwell County. The Emergency Department sees approximately 30,000 visits a year. UNC Health Medical Group & Caldwell Physicians Network provide the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137-bed hospital is a member of the UNC Health System.
Position Features:
Competitive total compensation package; including the following:
o First-year compensation guarantee at national benchmarks for your specialty
o Relocation Stipend of $15,000
o Sign-on Bonus of up to $20,000
o Potential loan repayment
o Resident Stipend of $1,500 per month for the final 2 years of training
o Productivity, Quality and APP Supervision bonus dollars increasing overall compensation
Attractive phone-only call rotation with collegial partners below industry standard (avg. 5 days/quarter)
Team-based care infrastructure within each clinic, with key support staff such as RN Care Managers and Licensed Clinical Social Workers
Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians
Staff and administration in our practices who are well-trained, seasoned professionals
