Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages, spanning from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Effectively manage chronic diseases, preventive care, acute health issues, and mental health with a patient-centered focus.
Perform physical evaluations, analyze diagnostic results, and tailor individualized treatment strategies.
Work collaboratively with care coordinators, behavioral health professionals, and specialists to provide cohesive care.
Engage in quality improvement projects that enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency.
Utilize EMR systems to keep accurate and timely patient records.
Provide both in-person and virtual care options to accommodate patient needs.
Required Education
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
Required Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligibility for (or an active) Utah medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Skills and Experience
