Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors.
Address chronic illnesses, preventive care, urgent health concerns, and mental wellness with a focus on the patient experience.
Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment strategies.
Work collaboratively with healthcare coordinators, mental health experts, and specialists to ensure holistic patient care.
Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain detailed, accurate patient records.
Provide both in-person and telehealth services to accommodate the diverse needs of your patients.
Education Requirements
MD or DO degree from a recognized medical school.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Active medical license in Utah or eligibility to obtain one.
BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
Skills and Experience
Excellent diagnostic and clinical abilities with an emphasis on proactive and preventive healthcare.
