Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care for both individuals and families throughout their lives, adapting to the needs of each patient from children to seniors.
Manage chronic illnesses, preventive care, acute health issues, and mental wellness with a patient-first focus.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment strategies.

Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or currently possess) an active New York medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
