Position Highlights
Outpatient-only primary care
4-day workweek (~3.5 clinical, 0.5 admin)
No night or weekend call
Strong interdisciplinary support and low staff turnover
Opportunity for teaching and optional ED shifts

Ideal Candidate
Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds
Leadership experience or interest in a Medical Director role
Collaborative, team-oriented approach
Passion for quality improvement and patient-centered care
Interest in long-term practice in a community-focused setting
