Job description
Amergis seeks a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care across diverse communities. In this role, you will provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management, perform exams and basic procedures, order and interpret labs and diagnostics, and create evidence-based care plans. Collaborate with nurses, allied health, and behavioral health teams to coordinate care across school, home, and facility-based settings. Ensure strict compliance with clinical, safety, and documentation standards while mentoring staff and contributing to quality improvement and population health initiatives.
