Job description
Summit Health Management is looking for Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our team in Southington, Connecticut. Ideal candidates will work Monday through Friday with a shared call, and there's an option for a four-day workweek. We provide excellent vacation time and benefits to support our caregivers.
Qualified candidates must have a valid DEA license and be able to obtain Connecticut licensure. We are committed to reshaping healthcare and providing high-quality services to all patients.
