Primary Care Physician — boutique fertility clinic, New York City. New grads welcome. $210,000–$250,000 + performance bonus.
A boutique-style fertility clinic in the heart of New York City is hiring a Primary Care Physician — full-time or part-time, on-site. This isn't high-volume primary care. It's a small, patient-centered team helping people through one of the most personal things they'll ever go through: building a family.
If you're newer to practice and want real mentorship inside a specialized team, or you're experienced and tired of the volume treadmill, this is worth a conversation.
The role
Provide primary and reproductive health care within a fertility clinic setting
Conduct initial consultations, assessments, and physical examinations
Build individualized care plans in collaboration with the fertility team — reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, and support staff
Coordinate with specialists to keep care genuinely comprehensive, not siloed
Participate in team meetings and performance improvement initiatives
Compensation and benefits
$210,000–$250,000 base + performance-based bonus
Health, dental, and vision insurance — clinic covers 50% of the premium
4 weeks vacation (including holidays) plus 20 days PTO for anything else — personal, sick, or additional time off
7 paid federal holidays
Full-time or part-time available

This role requires weekend availability. There's no way around that, so we'd rather you know it now than after a screening call:
Full-time: 3 weekdays + Saturday + Sunday (5 days/week)
Part-time: your choice of weekdays + Saturday + Sunday
The flexibility is genuine — you choose which weekdays work for you — but Saturday and Sunday coverage is built into every schedule, full-time or part-time. If a Monday–Friday role is what you're looking for, this isn't it. If weekday flexibility with weekend work fits your life, this is a role worth a real look.
What you need
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified
Active New York State medical license — or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
New grads welcome to apply. 2 years of experience is preferred, not required.
Comfort with women's health and reproductive health assessments (training and support provided for physicians newer to this area)
Able to work on‑site in New York City
