Key Responsibilities: ?Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute|chronic conditions. ?Collaborate with specialists to deliver integrative, multidisciplinary care. ?Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle modifications, and disease management. ?Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. ?Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
