Job description
Premise Health in Berea, KY is seeking a Full Time Physician to provide episodic, preventive, and acute health care at our health center for client employees.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, educating patients, and coordinating internal/external referrals. Candidates must have state licenses, DEA license, board certification, and CPR/ACLS. Work hours are weekday shifts with no weekends or on-call for this site.
