Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care
Job Details:
100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care setting serving patients 18 and older
Full-time, weekdays only schedule with an option to explore a 4-day work week
Phone call only averages 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
H1B cap-exempt organization
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
Robust staffing support including nursing staff and dedicated Medical Assistant
EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers

Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities available in hospital or urgent care settings
