Position Overview
Healthcare United is seeking Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians for outpatient primary care openings in the Southbury, Naugatuck, Shelton, and Oxford, Connecticut areas.
The incoming physician will provide comprehensive adult or family medicine care, focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, wellness visits, acute care, and long‑term patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive adult and family medicine care.
Manage acute care, chronic disease, wellness visits, and preventive medicine.
Develop and maintain long‑term patient relationships.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active or eligible Connecticut medical license.
Strong outpatient primary care skills.
Excellent communication and patient‑care abilities.
