Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Rialto, CA

Position Highlights:
Clinic Location: Rialto, CA
Outpatient: Primary care including office consults, annual visits, follow up appointments and in office procedures
Appointment Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40 / 20 minutes for consults and follow up appointments
Average Patients per day: 18 patients
Medical Assistant to support Physician; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, follow up appointments
Team Based Care Model - Physicians and APC's working together with support team

Required Qualifications:
Board certified physician or ability to attain before start
Unrestricted California physician license or ability to attain prior to starting
Current BLS, ACLS certification
Current California DEA certificate or ability to attain prior to start
EMR proficient
Demonstrated excellent communication skills and time management
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 - $392,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
