Job description

Position Highlights
Physician‑led, team‑based care model
Flexible schedule (4 or 4.5 days/week available)

Required Qualifications
Unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Indiana or ability to obtain prior to start
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Med‑Peds
Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $237,500 to $384,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on local labor markets, education, work experience, and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
