Job description
Pure Heart Staffing is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) or a California AB 890 § nurse practitioner for the new South Placer Health Center in Rocklin, CA. This outpatient role supports a $58M, 62,000 sq ft facility opening in 2027 and offers full- or part-time schedules.
The position starts at the Auburn health center and transfers to Rocklin when the clinic opens (target March 2027). Credentialing takes 45–90 days; J-1/H-1B waivers may be possible.
