Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician for a 100% outpatient opportunity in Lexington, Virginia. This position focuses on comprehensive primary care within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Physicians receive dedicated LPN and Medical Assistant support plus protected administrative time each day, allowing them to focus on high‑quality, patient‑centered medicine.

100% Outpatient Primary Care
Choice Of 5x8 Or 4x10 Schedule
Up To 22 Patients Per Day
1 Hour Of Dedicated Administrative Time Each Day

$200,000-$275,000 Based On Experience
