A national Primary Care Company with clinics in Florida is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, personalized healthcare to the Senior population in Bradenton .
100% Outpatient Schedule

Clinic Location: Bradenton, FL
Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing adult primary care focusing on the Senior/Medicare Advantage patient
Comfortable with a small panel size and building relationships with your patients
Average 15 patients/day
Able to work with a Team who focus on Value Based Care
QUALIFICATIONS: Active state medical license-MD or DO
Must be board certified/eligible Internal or Family Medicine
