Outpatient Family Medicine Physician
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $220k-260k
Hours: 8am-5pm Days: Mon-Fri with flexibility

$5,000 relocation
Nurse Practitioner support, Currently 5 to 5 (Nurse Practitioner to Physician).
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine.
Spanish speaking is strongly preferred, or must have the ability to speak through an interpreter.
Willingness to see up to 25 patients per day.
A genuine passion for preventive and holistic healthcare.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong patient-doctor relationships.
Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
A forward-thinking mindset, willing to explore innovative healthcare delivery methods.
