Job description
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Wytheville, Virginia, seeks a Primary Care Physician to serve within the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT).
You will provide patient care through face-to-face contact and through VVC/CVT in innovative settings to optimize Veteran access and reduce hospital readmissions. Qualifications include MD degree, full US licensure, and preferred board certification in family or internal medicine.
