University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center (UM BWMC) , a member of the University of Maryland Medical System and a leading provider of primary care services in Anne Arundel County, is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient Primary Care team in Pasadena, Maryland .

Join a well-established and expanding outpatient Primary Care network serving Anne Arundel County, Maryland
Multiple practice locations with strong system support and collaboration
Full-time outpatient opportunity with excellent work-life balance
Average patient volume: 18+ patients per day
Adult outpatient primary care practice
Physician and APP collaborative model with strong team-based support
Excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and new graduates
Supportive environment to develop and grow special clinical interests (e.g., procedures, sports medicine, women's health, chronic disease management)

Qualifications
Possesses and maintains an active license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland (required)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
Maintains current DEA or controlled substances certification
Eligible for and maintains privileges at UMMS affiliated acute care facilities
Meets CME requirements for licensure and board certification
Demonstrated clinical competence and experience appropriate for outpatient primary care
Compensation
Base salary: $300,000 annually
Additional productivity and quality incentive opportunities available
