nResponsibilities
nnnConduct comprehensive physical exams and medical histories.

nnDiagnose and treat a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions.
n
nnUtilize advanced diagnostic tools and interpret results accurately.

nnDevelop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
n
nnProvide preventive care services, including vaccinations and screenings.

nnCollaborate with specialists and allied health professionals for coordinated patient care.

nnMaintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) for streamlined documentation.

nnEducate patients on disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.

n nQualifications
nnnMedical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
n
nnBoard certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
n
nnValid New Jersey medical license.
n
nnProven clinical expertise and diagnostic proficiency.
n
nnExcellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.
n
nnAbility to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.

nnBase Salary + Productivity Bonus

nSaint Marys Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $220,000 to $250,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
