Job description
Optum Oregon invites final-year residents to join the Physician Pathways Program, offering mentorship and a seamless transition to full-time practice in outpatient primary care in Eugene, OR. You will remain in training while receiving support, and will secure a future Primary Care position with Optum.
Program requires only 1–3 hours per month and provides professional development, with out-of-state applicants welcome. Competitive compensation is provided during your final year.
