Job DescriptionA primary care practice in Port Richey, Florida, is seeking a full-time Physician to join its team. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule, generous pay with productivity-based bonuses, and a strong benefits package that includes profit sharing and paid licensure. \ NPosition Offers
\ N Competitive pay: $200,000–$250,000 per year
\ N Productivity-based bonuses
\ N Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
\ N Profit sharing

\ N Key Responsibilities
\ N Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
\ N Manage chronic diseasessuch as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
\ N Perform annual wellnessexams and preventive screenings
\ N Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
\ N Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
\ N Coordinate referrals tospecialists and follow-up care as needed
\ N Lead and collaborate with clinical staff and advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality patient care
\ N Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record
\ N Qualifications
\ N MD or DO from an accredited medical school
\ N Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
\ N Active, unrestricted Florida medical license
\ N Active DEA registration
\ N Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or urgent care preferred
\ N Strong communication and patient care skills
