nProvidence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a primary care physician to join a well-established practice at PMG Gateway Internal Medicine clinic. This role will support an adult-only panel, so we are looking for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with adult/geriatric focus. You will have the opportunity to make a vital impact to those in need by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, and vulnerable patient population. You’ll be part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APP who will support your panel and some In Basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, and case management team. nnnFull-time; flexible between 0.8 to 1.0 FTE

nn4 days/week schedule Monday to Friday

nnIdeal candidates will have additional geriatric training and will honor the Providence mission of caring for the poor & the vulnerable

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
