Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician for a full-time opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida, focused on comprehensive care for senior patients. This physician will manage acute and chronic conditions, build trusting relationships with patients, and lead a collaborative care team with accountability for patient outcomes.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role combines comprehensive primary care with health coaching, care coordination, team leadership, and a strong focus on patient outcomes. The physician will assess, diagnose, treat, manage, educate, and support patients while participating in clinical, quality, and risk-management initiatives designed to promote better health.
COMPENSATION
$221,141-$315,915 Annual Salary

REQUIREMENTS
MD Or DO In Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Or A Similar Specialty REQUIRED
Current Active Florida Medical License REQUIRED
Proficiency In Evidence-Based Medicine REQUIRED
Commitment To Continuous Learning And Improvement REQUIRED
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Positively Influence Patients And Teams REQUIRED
Proficiency With Microsoft Office Suite, Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint And Outlook REQUIRED
Fluency In Written And Verbal English REQUIRED
