We are seeking Family or InternalMedicine physicians to join a collaborative team dedicated to deliveringhigh-quality, accessible, patient-centered care in Manchester, NH. Thisinnovative model combines team-based care, modern technology, convenientaccess, and integrated in-person and virtual services—including urgent care—tocreate a more connected and efficient approach to primary care.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensiveoutpatient primary care to adult patients
Diagnose and manage acuteand chronic medical conditions
Develop evidence-basedtreatment plans and provide preventive care
Collaborate with aninterdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient services
Utilize virtual care andmodern technology to improve access and continuity
Educate patients onpreventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $135,000–$290,000

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
Board certified in FamilyMedicine or Internal Medicine
Experience in outpatientprimary care or a similar clinical setting
Active, unrestricted DEAlicense that must be maintained throughout employment
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS must be obtained throughan approved in-person or blended course; CPR, ACLS, and online-onlycertifications are not accepted
